WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

The shipping times are short: from the moment the order is placed, the order is dispatched within 24-48 hours on average. It is then delivered quickly to your customer: we work with the best transporters.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

We try our best to produce and fulfil all our goods in 24 hours. In addition to that, there is a time for goods to be received. Please note these times are provided by our shipping suppliers, they may change due to unforeseen volumes of orders or changes in the global supply chain:

WHAT IF MY ORDER GOT DAMAGED IN THE MAIL?

If something arrives damaged, please take pictures of the products and submit a claim to info@marzula.com. 

Once we verify the damages, we will ship replacement goods at no expense to you or offer a refund.

WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER CLAIMS THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, BUT TRACKING SAYS IT WAS?

We will always try to find the best solution for all parties. But in this case, we would not be held responsible and we would not reship or refund goods.

We would advise the customer to reach out to the delivery company for details about the package. Secondly, we would also make inquiries and see if we get any updates.
